東莞市魔方新能源科技有限公司，成立于2014年，專注于鋰電功能隔膜的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用。公司位于美麗的松山湖，已建設(shè)完成完整鋰電功能隔膜的研發(fā)與制造體系，年產(chǎn)能1.2億m2。公司核心技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)擁有豐富的新能源材料研發(fā)經(jīng)歷。公司擁有22條高速涂布產(chǎn)線，已大規(guī)模量產(chǎn)陶瓷隔膜、PVDF隔膜、PMMA隔膜，包含微凹版與噴涂等多種工藝。其產(chǎn)品擁有45項(xiàng)核心專利，其中發(fā)明18項(xiàng)，已被日本東麗、美國(guó)Celgard等知名隔膜企業(yè)認(rèn)證，是一家極具創(chuàng)新力的國(guó)家高新、東莞協(xié)同倍增、松山湖倍增企業(yè)。
Cube Energy was found in 2014 for Li-ion battery materials, by 7 overseas scholars and senior executives, who ever served in world famous companies and institutes and are experienced in new energy industries. Cube Energy has invested 100 million RMB in the first stage, and now has 120 employee, including 3 PhDs. 22 high-speed coating lines have been put into production, including CCS(Ceramic), PCS(PVDF), MCS(Ceramic & PVDF mixing), ACS(AFL), FCS(Fe adsorption), RCS(Rotor spraying coating) etc. The capacity is more than 120 million square meters per year, qualified by Toray and Celgard.
